"Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. "

"The beach view was great as pictured. Condo interior looked professionally decorated. Kitchen fully equiped but we usually ate at one of the good restaurants down the road. Our only complaint was the mattress that is extremly firm. My wife chose to sleep on the sofa instead. We decided to leave 3 nights early. The management rep said the owner and guests prefered very firm. It's a matter of degree."

"Room smelled really musty, had rust all over the fridge. Clerk was really nice and gave me a different room but we'd never stay there again. Hole in the bathroom wall where the shower head comes out. Seemed as though there's a lot of people living there full time, creepy."

"Staff was very helpful, with our early arrival and some items we left behind by mistake. Parking is free and convenient. Small hotel, not downtown, but next door to a convenience store with food, alcohol, and gifts. "
